Help Required

In light of some of the tragic stories in the sporting news lately and some of the near misses too, I wanted to bring this to everyones attention again.

A lad I work with lost his brother at only 19 years old from sudden heart failure, totally unexpected and unexplainable.

He and a work colleague are going on a trek and raising money for CRY(Cardiac Risk in the Young) and I am trying to help him raise some money.

If you have anything to spare, anything at all Im sure he would appreciate every single penny.
