Voting him player of the season is the biggest confidence boost a player can get from fans

- I have also NEVER known him to get booed
- Grant has often came out and praised him publicaly
- He hardly seems under confident when talking to the press every other week.

I see your point about getting behind players and no scape goats etc and I agree. However Doc allways has full support (unlike Hughes for example) The fact of the matter is just that hes not good enough and needs replacing. Its not scapegoating him its FACT
