I don't use the Sky email at all -

At the start of Sky becoming an ISP, there was a great deal of discussion on various Sky broadband bulletin boards about Sky email - I think it was because they didn't have a pop server when it started so if you used the @sky email address, you are forced to use their web page.

It might have changed by now, but as I have only logged into it once to check the password they gave me, and have never looked since, I don't know.

Perhaps Sky thought they they would make a huge amount of revenue ads on the web mail pages.
