What a refreshing change

All this stuff about these players 'about to sign' may of course be complete rubbish, but it certainly seems like there is a lot more work being done on transfers than there was over the last two years.

Isn't football supposed to close down until August???(when all the useless rejects become available - yeah thanks Nigel)

To have a fair few signings in place well before preseason training would be much better than them arriving just before (or after) the start of the season.

Once again, I'm not getting too carried away because it is only speculation.
