Rahter pointless arguement this isn't it?

Blair planned to stay a full term, but the polivital climate, and pressure from the media lead to him changing those plans.
Eventually he was forced to quantify when he was going to leave, and took the decision to do so before the next elelction.
I planned to to plenty of things 3 years ago, the fact that I have not managed to doesn't mean I lied then, just that circumstances have changed.
