I'd really like Dion to stay...

but it's getting to a point where if he's so uncertain would we be better off without him? We're talking about one year, 365 days, not a new career away from the family for 25 years. Maybe if I had kids I'd see it a different way, but surely it doesn’t take this long to decide does it?
