Can anyone remember the sequence of events that ended Chase’s regein and bought Delia and MWY into the club?

Me sketchy memory has it that Watling bought our Chase at the end, and that Delia and MWY bought either shares form Watling, or Jimmy Jones to get into the club initially.

What I can’t remember is the exact timescale of the fabled winding up order.
I know the major creditors (Barclays I believe?) either had, or were threatening to issue a winding up order on us and we needed to come up with some cash to stop them.

What I can’t remember exactly is if this was what hastened the end of Chase, or if it occurred later and was the catalyst for Delai and MWY’s first investment into the club. Staving off the winding up order.

Anyone have a clearer memory?

Yes I have googled it but the info is patchy at best.
