I heard yesterday

that clubs are reluctant to offer too much support , because up to 10 of them have players contracted and owned in the same way as Tevez is , meaning that if they shout too loudly , they will be dragged into the situation as well

also read yesterday that the clause forbiding players playing against their former club is being reviewed , in the light of Howard not playing for Everton versus Man Utd - obviously Loan deals are different , but they may want to outlaw it in permenant deals

Could be a very interesting summer
