a request for help

Apologies for the following cheeky request.

In June myself and a mate are cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats (about 1000 miles over 18 days). We are doing this in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust which both funds medical research and supports the families of those affected. Cystic Fibrosis is a debilitating genetic disorder that affects the lungs and pancreas of sufferers and in many cases leads to early death. This charity is personally relavent to myself due to the untimely death of a family friend a couple of years ago age just 28.
