Watching The Turner Interview

(Love how the presenter on the Official Site film of the oress conference and interviews etc refers to them as "the Taylors" at the beginning!)

Anyway...

Listening to AT, it would appear that this initial £2 Million is not the beginning and the end of their financial input-he described it as being something which would have helped the club "immediately". He also said it wasn't sensible to come in and start doing things and making assumptions straight away-fair enough. I think they are in it for the long haul, I think that they will invest more £££ as and when necessary, but certainly not straight away -as there isn't any dire need to do so- and, long term, I can see them buying Delia and Michael's shares and being the long term owners of the club.

Ipswich fans are delighted as they are claiming that far more will be invested in their club-what LesITFC and his pitiful cohorts need to realise is that their need is dire, the requirement for investment/takeover/ a saviour at Ipswich urgent, less they end up going under...we, on the other hand, although in need as well, do have the time and space to work these things out and through with no urgency or haste, build our future this way, rather than taking whatevers on offer and looking somewhat desperate as a result.
