i know that's why he did it, my point is that (imho) he was an idiot for doing so without even trying to prove that he could cut it in the Premiership

if it was me that'd been in that position i'd feel more of a failure for not having given it a go at when given the chance then i would if i'd taken the chance and then failed

as it is he's subsequently proved that he's not even good enough for the Championship and failed as a man
