i like my club, but i'm fed up with the lies

we were told we had budgeted for the drop in revenue and had ensured salaries would drop when we got relegated from the prem. we were told to expect 6 new players and a one-in-one-out policy, we were told to have inifinite patience in the board, but where's it getting us?
