1. "Changes to the Board" -yes indeed, we are going from chipboard to MDF.

2. "Development" -yes, an extension to the ticket office is planned for the next 3/4 years, in order to increase its capacity from 4 to 6.

Seriously, dare we get excited? I'm going to try and speculate seriousaly now, see "Speculation?"...
