This will be unpopular, Dion has been good this season & has got through on his reading of

the game, he stands off players to much & allows strikers to play, he is also to immobile up front. I love the guy but we should be thinking about finding his replacement a ''younger version''. He is not the future & he will not fire us to the top part of the league. Thanks Dion but it's time for you & the club to move on.
