Iranian-born Naghshineh, 54, owns Centre Point, the London tower block his Targetfollow firm bought for £85m in 2005. He founded the Norwich business and its parent company, Targetfollow Property Holdings, showed £222m assets in 2005-06. We can see at least another £155m of assets in 17 firms.
