The reasons given are an absolute joke

Any lawyer worth his salt would have a field day ripping them apart if they can find a suitable means to challenge the decision.

Basically they said we would normally dock points but we won't this time because:

1. West Ham pleaded guilty

2. The people responsible have left the club

3. It is too late in the season. Docked point would have been ok in january but not this late as it would eman almost certain relegation.

4. Tevez is still playing for them now.

5. If they had declared the offence arrangements could have been made to rectify the situation.

Absolute joke - I am not surprised the other clubs are threatening action.
