thass gonna be a hooge claim

assessors coming tomorrer but it looks like it will kill off a big old section of a beautiful conifer hedge, s**te loads of topsoil and turf will have to be removed and it is likely that the oil will permeate through and pollute my 250 year old well in the garden. t**ts.
