Typical Scummer?

First let me qualify this thread by affirming that having lived in the US for 7 years and using the local based but global classified ad site "Craigslist" to buy and sell unwanted stuff for a while now, I was most surprised to see it had an East Anglia and even more surprisede that the URL was actually for Norwich.

I had a quick browse on the usual job and for sale ads to no avail, it looks like the denizens of East Anglia have yet to discover it's marvel, except well... for this...
