Was reading an article yesterday about their " crime " compared to the crime committed by Bury that got them kicked out of the FAC this year

They had a player on loan and once Hartlepool were knocked out , checked to see if he could play , Hartlepool gave verbal permission , but Bury forgot to get Written confirmation , the FA kicked them out of the cup with no right to appeal

AFC Wimbledon were given a 9 point penalty for playing someone signed from Wales with no international clearance - later rescinded

It does make you think West Ham have got away with it
