I know we cannot play all 10 kids in the game but I would say

one in defence, one in midfield and one in striker, not too much right? When I saw the Ipswich game programme, they had 7 players from their academy and played more than 25 games for them, says it all.

I have to agree byebye for Hendo and Ryan Jarvis, but for Rossi and Halliday, now they had played a few games in the League 1 & League 2, now they deserved a chance on the bench and not liked Martin and Renton -- straight to the starting lines-up

I also believe if we keep playing seasonal professional, our direction is definitely pointing to the Champion again, again and again, never got promoted. Look at the best players in the world, they are under 21 years old, simialr age for our academy players.
