Rant: Recruitment agents the most useless "professionals" on earth ?

10 years ago agents were great to me - really looked for jobs that would match and tried really hard to get me good benefits in positions I would enjoy and stay in.

These days it is honestly like they are virtual people - they just randomly spam you with jobs. Anyone here work in a recruitment agency and can explain why they have become such mongs over the last 5 years ?

I just got one sent to me, for example, stating:

"We are recruiting Senior CRM Managers to work at a top 4 Consultancy in Amsterdam.

Fluent Dutch and good English is an essential requirement.

You will need a minimum of 5+ years CRM experience, with software like Siebel, Peoplesoft, Amdocs, and Clarify etc."

Just replied, pointing out that I have 0 years CRM experience, have never used Siebel, Peoplesoft, Amdocs, Clarify (or etc), speak fluent English and good Dutch and IT'S ALL ON MY FUCKING CV IF YOU BOTHERED TO READ IT YOU STUPID MONG BITCH!"
