Worthy used to be alright with money

he'd get a lot of maybe players for £250k, a lot of dross too, but at least they were in range of budget

Obsessed with loans, didn't follow up maybe signings, then just chucked all his eggs in one basket and got earnshaw without investing properly in the players to get service to him

That's what is making Grant's time here so far a transition, because he's done it mostly without earnshaw and time will only tell about his signing ideas when he spends the money
