I bet the think malky saw wasn't after midnight. and from what I'd seen of them, the stats suggest it hasn't made alcohol-related crime go up

Hope is obviously then when the pub isn't chucking you out at 11, you might pace yourself a bit more. Plus everyone doesn't get chucked out at the same time
