The emphasis weas on the fact that one local derby is exactly the same as any other local derby - if a player has played in one - then he knows exactly what to expect at any other Club he goes to and participates in a local derby.
The hatred and passion obviously runs deeper at some clubs as opposed to others, if he had dont it at a Big Firm game he would have never played football again, and thats sod all to do with being dropped by the Manager.
I was then saying, that the passion and the pride has gone out of the East Anglian derby, and some of that is down to politicall correctness and people who have been to a football match less times than I've been to the moon being allowed to affect the game.
