Fair to the taxpayers who fund the legions of env health people and council subcontractors who have to go in and clean up after the idle bastards who cant even maintain a basic standard of personal hygiene?

OCD? ME? Dyslexia? All these new fangled loony left diseases have been invented by Homo's to appease their guilt ridden nimby consciences and prevent them from dealing with the problem head on but fanny around with a bit the symptoms.

Bring back national service, the Birch and deportation of criminals.
