Robbie was one of three young players who joined United from neighbours City in June 2006.

A schoolboy from the age of nine with Norwich City, he joined Cambridge City and made his first team debut at the age of 16 in December 2002. A brave and skilful striker, Robbie was also involved in coaching for City's Football in the Community Scheme and is currently studying Sports Science and Maths at Loughborough University

Last season for Cambridge City he made twelve starts and 18 appearances from the bench in all competitions, scoring ten goals.
