Worthy

Saved us from relegation in first season
Play-off final in next
Championship winners a couple of years later
Brought quality like Earnshaw, Ashton,Drury Francis and Hucks
His half time team talks(especially in his first few seasons)
Higher average attendances than seen for a while
Never blamed the refs

Grant

Giving youth a chance
Honest in post match interviews
Good knowledge of Scotland
Good appointments in backroom staff
