Some Like It Hot
'80o' roars the front page headline of the Daily Express, before informing us that: 'Britain sizzled in the sun yesterday - the hottest day of the year so far. Tourists in France, Spain and Italy were left in the shade in comparison.'

'Sun worshippers flocked to the country's beaches and parks to enjoy the warmest April day since 2003,' says the Daily Telegraph. 'Dozens of people queued for boats in Hyde Park, while keepers at London Zoo used apples to coax lazy tapirs into the water to cool off.'

'The seafronts at Rhyl, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno were packed with sunseekers. Crowds of walkers and climbers made for the peaks of Snowdonia.'

Which all begs the following question: Just how hot does it have to be before Pascal Chimbonda will take his gloves off?
