Sidari in Corfu is nice.

You won't avoid Brits entirely, but no massive towering hotels, and no 18-30 w**kers.

Likewise Argassi on Zakynthos (also known as Zante in some brochures, I've no idea which is correct, maybe both).

I think I preferred Sidari in Corfu - it was a really really quiet resort with a few restraunts/bars, but a ten minute walk took us to a slightly more lively area, if we got fed up with the quiet.
