years ago when i was a lad

FA cup final afternoon was in front of the TV no question anybody who didn't see the game was either dead or gay

and the week leading up to the game the newspapers would be full of stories about the players the fans

Friday night would have a preview

On the saturday they would follow both coaches as they made their way to wembley from the hotel

we would get reports on how the team slept that night

who looked relaxed

just not the same today

Perhaps one of the tv companies showing the game will be brave enough to do something simular
