But the issue of 'first past the post' or 'proportional representation' are key issues in all votes. I think we are first past the post, which means we could end up with a majority government at the wish of like 30% of the populace.

But lets face it, as Churchill said something like, democracy is is the worst form of government, but the best yet found. (my quotes are so off). Whether we could move over to a real democracy, I don't know. But it would be nice if we could.
