What do the Torys actually stand for?

They seem every bit as half-witted and out-of-touch as the current bunch of clowns. Not only that, they will still have to work with the same hopelessly bureaucratic inefficient bloated structures and frameworks!

As for the "Respect Zones" - f**k me, the cops will be ripping their hair out. Just like the "ASBO", the hoards of scrotes this ludicrously misconceived bill intends to control will instead use it to take the piss out of the poor old coppers - "Yeah? It stops here, copper, so what you going to do now then? See, one foot in, one foot out..."

Increasingly it seems that the "petty" law, or public order law, only applies to the law-abiding. What exactly do you do with the underclass who simply don't give a rat's arse?
