Hayter, I know little about, tho' I saw his rapid hat trick. thing is, he's been knocking about for yonks and nobody's been tempted yet - that might mean anything. If he comes, good-oh: a change is good, new blood and all that. Gray I know even less about, though I may have seen more of him than hayter. We shall see.

Anything that shakes us up a bit has got to be a good thing. Actually, now I write that, it's bollocks. But you get my drift....
