There’s a difference between young players being inexperienced and error prone and an entire team being unmotivated, disinterested and not achieving the standard that they are capable of. At times this season, the players have shown that they can play well, or at least try. Since Christmas, that attitude has changed dramatically. That signals the need for a new coach, not necessarily a new project.
