Watched some of the Linaker interview linked below and it's great. Really like it.

However, in pressure situations in front of the media he often comes across quite unpleasant and dislikeable. I'm coming round to the idea of him managing us (no idea if it's on the cards even the slightest bit) but I hope he works on that side
