A manager will have been responsible for organising the team and setting up the tactics and the players.

You sack a manager and you impact every member of the team. You destabilise the core players who got you there (new manager, new favourites, new tactics etc etc)

Players also have a much shorter gradient and much is tied to their physical condition. Not the same for managers. If, for the sake of argument, Farke didn't have the acumen to be a successful manager at prem level with us a few years ago, he could have learned in the meantime? Maybe?

I don't think manager's skillsets are static. Ymmv.

The stuff that came out after Farke went about focusing recruitment on 3 key areas also suggested that he saw the task differently to Webber.

Think Leeds would be mad to sack him.

Still, if they do, then no one will ever know how he would have done.
