I want someone who will attack with intent and aggression

not pass the ball for passing's sake. I'm all for possession football, but it has to be done at a good tempo.

Bored of watching us dominate the ball but do absolutely nothing with it, then the other team attacks us with pace and purpose and score.

Which is exactly what happened at Millwall.
