I don't recall any talk of projects or philosophies under Lambert/McNally

It was all about winning matches by any means and having hungry players fighting for every ball and working hard.

The project/philosophy stuff talked about by JHT and Knapper is a good cover for underachieving and poor performances. But patience is going to run out soon if we keep seeing such a mentally weak side each week.
