Any time we are in the s**t post-xmas we go down (1972/3 the main exception).

If we change manager / recruit well we have turned it around in the Nov/Dec/Jan period
2007/08 (as you mentioned)
2001/01 (Hammy/Worthy change)
1997/98 (Fleck recruited)
