I'm not sure it's that but I do think there's a culture issue with us at the minute

I don't know if it's that the manager is young and goes in with we're all on the same team striving to achieve the same goals let's collaborate towards that shared objective kind of thing which can be great in some corporate environments but is, erm, unproven in football.

There's some fundamental lack of respect somewhere along the line - for the team, for the club, for the manager, I don't know, but it feels like some element along those lines is missing.

You'd hope the senior pros in the dressing room would bring some of that and instill it in the younger players but it's not at all clear to me that that's happening.
