So the issue is the whole strategy of the club is too idealistic

*Going to only sign young players who we can improve then sell on

*Only play short (slow) passing game that even Man City have been found out at

*The fan base will have to buy into the long term 'project' and accept we won't be successful until 3 years time

*We will do this with an inexperienced head coach and sporting director

I really hope it comes good but there are so many constraints....
