housekeeping aside: don't fall into the naive trap of thinking multi seeded wholemeal rolls is a good idea when making your days lunchtime pack up:

1. very much mess. i mean really excessive.
2. the roll structure is not cohesive enough to withstand a darned good buttering and falls apart under the merest of pressure. bit like jht's norwich city
3. gonna be a messy carnage reprise later in the car so will have to find a lunchtime roadside pew.

ps. it's international women's day so um, be nice to womens if you encounter any on your journey throughout your day. not sure why it is limited to one day seems a little unbalanced in the grand scheme of things to me, but i don't make them rules.
