I was expecting a frustrating season, but….

Not for the reasons it has actually frustrated me.

Our inability to put out anything close to our first choice XI for what feels like the majority of games is really annoying.

It’s not just bad luck; we have a lot of players in the squad that miss a big chunk of every season.

This really needs to factor into Knapper’s stats based approach in the summer, particularly in central midfield.
