Big org redesign, that's a regular thing in public service.

I've had the meeting to say that it's musical chairs again and your chair has been taken away. There are some very similar chairs but at least 26% different to the original and so please fight to the death until the music stops to get a chair.

All very tiresome but not my first rodeo... all to be sorted by mid-April.
