A lot of individual and team mistakes IMO

What causes errors in a team environment? One factor is lack of preparation and practice, and group familiarity. It’s certainly a fact that we haven’t been able to field a consistent team, due to injuries, bans and illnesses. Players less in the match routine, less trained, maybe not as fit… may be a factor.
