not sure if that means we have a history of roads minister or maybe just a plain old bog standard "roads minister" that deals with existing roads and leaves all the policy dealing malarkey vis a vis unbuilt road projects to the future roads minister. fair dues to her though, nice hi viz jacket. or is it a gilet? see i can take a person seriously if they are wearing a gilet for health and safety reasons outdoors on-site. it's setting an example and conveys a message that they are taking things a little bit seriously. however, i can't take a sporting director indoors in a gilet waffling on about things just for the sake of it seriously at all. ridiculous.
