I've just had to do this for team members. There's a lot of really helpful info on the ACAS site, including calculators. Your age is a factor as well. Beyond that it's often down to what the company is willing to offer as a 'settlement'.

And, as I'd always mention at this point - this is why people need to be in a union. They'd negotiate on your behalf.
