I'm recovering from a chest infection, actually got ill on the night of the Preston game

prior to that was training for a marathon in April. The weekend before I got ill (Derby at H) I did a 25km run on the Saturday, at the moment I'm struggling to do a 30 minute run. I expected I would resume my training and basically pick up where I left off but actually feeling completely floored by it.

I'm not comparing my fitness to a pro footballer, from people I've spoken with it seems to be a bad year for respiratory illnesses.
