Looking 'tired' (is it?) not really a reason to knock it down.

Loftus Road, Selhurst Park, Elland Road etc - they're the tired stadiums. Portman Road definitely in a worse state also.

Carrow Road really just needs some cosmetic upgrades (as far as I can tell), not to be razed to the ground.
