Anyone else remember this

I half recall some people talking about it on twitter a year or so ago, there was some mad chat about building a new ground using the carpark land behind the Jarrold. It would have involved knocking down the south stand, flipping it 180 and then building a new stadium off that. We'd carry on playing in the remaining stadium and then knock it down when the new stands were completed. The other plan was looking at a new stadium on the industrial ground over the river where Carrow House is but I cannot find any mention of it anywhere. Perhaps I've made it up, neither look particularly viable.
